Our Aerial Yoga program combines the benefits of traditional yoga practice with the conditioning of aerial arts. Perfect for those brand new to both modalities, as well as experienced yogis and aerialists, our morning classes are designed to enhance alignment, reduce compression in the joints and spine, increase core strength and blood flow, and sharpen your focus as you begin your day.
Students must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure a fabric will be available for them prior to registration. Students are able to rent fabrics for single use or monthly, or bring their own. Students will then be provided a link to register for class.
