Our group classes are offered on a weekly basis, covering a variety of apparatuses and techniques. All classes are run on a drop-in basis, so you can start right now! We welcome all fitness and experience levels, from complete beginners, to advanced aerialists, with no weight, height or age limits (minimum 12 years old for group classes, younger students can be accommodated in private lessons). All classes begin with a brief period of warm-up stretching and conditioning.
