Strengthen your moves on the pole, floor and chair to move your body with grace and passion. Improve muscle tone, build toned abs and flexibility! Great class for those working to perfect their dance skills or those not ready to lift onto a pole yet. All levels are invited. Please note that this is not a tricks based class - try our Exotic Pole & Chair class or Beginner Pole class to supplement your conditioning program!
