We are now open for private lessons only. Please email us at for more details and availability.

The health and safety of our staff and students is our top priority. Please read further below for a detailed outline of the steps we are actively taking to prevent the spread of disease and keep our community healthy.

  • Students and instructors must stay home if they are sick or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 including:

    • dry cough

    • fever or chills

    • shortness of breath

    • sore throat

    • new loss of taste or smell

  • Mask wearing will be required by all students and instructors throughout the duration of their time in the studio. Masks must be worn properly, covering both the nose and mouth at all times.

  • All students must wash or sanitize hands upon arrival to the studio and prior to leaving the studio

  • Students and instructors must maintain a six foot distance from one another whenever physically possible

    • Apparatuses are already rigged approximately this distance, or farther, apart

    • Hands-on spotting will be eliminated except in cases of emergency situations

    • Duo work will not be performed on apparatus or floor

  • Apparatuses will not be shared between students during classes without first being appropriately sanitized

  • Students will be asked to assist in wiping down their apparatus after use

  • The following items will be disinfected between each class:

    • door handles

    • faucets

    • counter tops

    • light switches

    • drop mats

  • There will be a maximum of 10 people (including instructors) in the studio at any given time

Masks and Hand Sanitizer

Students will be allowed to bring in their own single use surgical masks or handmade fabric masks for use during classes. Single use surgical masks will be available for purchase ($1/ea) for any student that needs one. A touchless hand sanitizer dispenser has been installed for all students to utilize upon entry and exit of the studio.

Class/Lesson Package Expiration Extension

All class and lesson package expirations have been extended to reflect the period of our closure. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding packages.

Apparatus Usage and Rentals

BYOA - Bring Your Own Apparatus

Students are highly encouraged to bring in their own apparatuses. Not only does this limit exposure, but it leaves studio owned apparatuses free to be used by those that do not have their own. This will be especially important for fabrics, as we do NOT have enough Aerial Silks and Aerial Hammocks for each student to rent their own.

We do have an affiliate program with Vertical Art Dance so students can receive a 5% discount on equipment using our code, "aerialdragonfly-affiliate". Additionally, we request that students purchase a Rescue 8 (for Silks) or Hollow Blocks (for Hammocks) to facilitate ease of rigging for our staff.

Shared Fabrics

At this time, we are offering shared fabrics for those who are comfortable with that option. Shared fabrics are not student-specific, meaning that other students may use them in their lessons. All shared fabrics will be washed at minimum biweekly. No rental fee is required for using a shared fabric.

Fabric Rentals

Fabric rentals will be available on a limited, first come, first served basis for our regular students who may want to rent a fabric instead of purchasing their own or using a shared fabric. We have 12 full length silks and 12 hammocks available for rental. The money from fabric rentals will be used to procure additional fabrics for the studio to supplement or replace current available fabrics, as frequent washing limits the lifespan of the fabric.

Monthly Rental

Single Use Rental

$10 (Silks)

$5 (Hammocks)
