FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm

Combining elements of gymnastics strength training, mobility and functional strength training, this class is designed to increase strength, flexibility and body awareness. Progressive exercises incorporating gymnastic rings, paralettes and bodyweight drills make this class accessible to those of all fitness levels. Not only is functional strength training a great workout, its excellent cross training for any athletic discipline!
