Open Gym is for current students only who wish to practice skills they learn in lessons. Students who would like to attend Open Gym should be training at the studio regularly with one of our instructors. If you are unsure whether or not you are eligible to attend Open Gym, please ask your instructor or email .
Please note that instructors will be there for safety, however no formal instruction is given. Please review studio rules and policies prior to coming to Open Gym.
Open Gym spaces are limited. Please register online ahead of time for Open Gym - no drop-ins can be accommodated at this time. Given our limited number of Open Gym opportunities currently, we ask that you register for a maximum of one Open Gym time per week to allow other students to attend. We do hope to add additional times in the future.
