Our Beginner Pole class focuses on fun fitness while learning the basics of pole. Improve upper body strength and flexibility in a progressive curriculum and supportive environment. This class covers climbs, conditioning, pole tricks and spins on both spinning and static pole. No experience required!

No biases, no judgments, no experience needed! All are welcome to this exotic flow class! You will learn choreographed sequences that will bring you from the floor to apparatus and back again. Apparatuses to be incorporated are pole, chair, and a couple of surprises! Heels for all classes are encouraged but optional! Knee pads recommended.
Build on skills learned in our Beginner Pole class, working on inverted poses, complex spins and intermediate sequencing. Develop even more strength and flexibility through advanced pole conditioning to master those sequences you have always dreamed of!
Prerequisites: Completion of ADMS Beginner Pole curriculum and instructor approval
