We would like to offer a 20% discount off of any single drop-in class or private lesson to students and active or retired military service members and their families, law enforcement officers and first responders. Please provide a valid form of ID in order to claim your discount.
If the student fails to de-register from the class or misses the class/lesson for any reason, please note that we will not offer any refunds, as it is the responsibility of the student to manage their own registration and arrive at their class/lesson, as scheduled. All classes, lessons, class packages and party deposits are non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, class credits or exchanges will be offered for any reason. All purchases of classes, packages or lessons expire within 4 months of the purchase date.
Students are able to reschedule their own appointments through our online scheduler up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Our online scheduler can be accessed by logging in to the student's account or by following the links in the confirmation email for the appointment. If, for any reason (private lessons, etc.), the student is unable to reschedule their own appointment, the student must email at minimum 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment. Appointments will not be rescheduled and refunds will not be provided if the request is submitted outside these parameters.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, with NO exceptions!
