STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES 

Below, please find class descriptions for the different types, and levels, of classes offered. Please see our Studio Schedule page for a list of times that each class is offered. 

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING 

Progressive exercises incorporating gymnastic rings, paralettes and bodyweight drills will be utilized in this class to develop total body fitness.

POLE/CHAIR CONDITIONING

Expect a full body workout, utilizing creative and effective conditioning exercises on pole, floor and chair.
