Vinyasa yoga is an invigorating, dynamic class that focuses on synchronizing breath with movement, while allowing time for proper alignment within the poses. Often including sun salutations, arm balances, balancing poses, and inversions, this class generates heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move with intent and focus, promoting more self-awareness and healthy decision making. All levels welcome!
