Hannah

Studio Manager & Silks Program Director

Aerial Silks, Acro, and Aerial Yoga Instructor

Hannah was first introduced to aerial arts in 2012 and quickly fell in love with the movement, physicality, and complexity of the practice. With over 12 years of experience in equestrian sports—including bareback and bridleless riding, dressage, jumping, roman riding, and equestrian vaulting—Hannah has long been drawn to the intersection of discipline, grace, and athleticism. It was in the equestrian world that she first discovered her passion for teaching.

That passion carried into aerial arts when she began teaching in 2014 at ADMS. In 2017, she and her business partner, Dari, took over ownership of the studio. Together, they guided the studio’s growth for nearly seven years before passing the reins to one of her former students and a dear friend, Lauren, and Lauren’s husband, Max. Hannah now serves as Studio Manager and Silks Program Director—and while you may not catch her teaching regularly, she still pops into classes from time to time. Known for her love of aerial puzzles and problem-solving, she’s always happy to chat about technique or help troubleshoot—feel free to pick her brain next time you see her in the studio!

Hannah is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, FMT+ Mobility Specialist, and holds certifications in Aerial Yoga (Wild Roots Yoga) as well as Level 1 and Level 2 Aerial Physique for Aerial Silks. She’s passionate about helping students overcome challenges and reach their aerial goals with a focus on form, technique, safety, and efficient movement.
