This beginner level class meets weekly and combines fitness and beginner poses and sequencing for Lyra. No previous experience needed. Students will progress through our beginner curriculum while increasing core and upper body strength and mobility. A fun and motivating workout whether you are starting your fitness journey or looking for something new to add to your training regimen. Off apparatus moves get you warmed up, high and low options are available for variety on aerial apparatus.
This weekly class develops flexibility and strength, building skills, combining poses and transitions into graceful and fluid presentations below the low bar, in the round and using the top bar. Students will learn new moves, while reviewing and perfecting current skills. This multi-level class is suitable for those who are brand new to aerial hoop, as well as more experienced aerialists.
May be taken as a stand alone class or as a companion to our Beginner Lyra class.
